Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with a simple and hassle-free exchange process.

Exchanges
If the product does not fit as expected, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Returns & Refunds
If you prefer to return the product instead of exchanging it:

  • A nominal shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed once the product passes quality checks upon return.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sale, promotions, or special offers are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects or damage as outlined above.


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges or claims for:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Wear and tear after use
  • Altered or damaged items post-delivery

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible.
  • The exchange/return request must be raised within the 7-day window from delivery.
  • Store credit, if issued, will have a validity period as specified at the time of issuance.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests. The video must clearly show the package being opened, without cuts, to validate any claims regarding damage, defects, or missing items.
