Exchange & Return Policy

At Rebele Drip, we want you to love every piece you receive. If there is an issue with your order, please review the following policy before raising a return or exchange request.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • A return/exchange request must be raised with our Customer Care team within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at rebeledrip@gmail.com.
  • Please mention your order number and reason for the request in the email.
  • Clear images/videos of the product must be shared, with all original tags and labels intact.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels and accessories supplied with the product must remain intact.
  • The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered, along with the invoice/order details.
  • You may try the product for size and fit, but please ensure that it remains in its original condition.
  • Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Products

Due to hygiene and product-specific considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on certain categories, including:

  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie/Bikini/Beachwear
  • Bags & accessories
  • Embellished dresses
  • Denim
  • Made-to-order or customised products
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Please Note: Items purchased during a sale, promotional offer, discount, or special offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of:

  1. The product
  2. The product tags and labels
  3. The outer packaging
  4. The shipping label
  5. The invoice, wherever applicable

For missing-item claims, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery. Please retain the complete packaging and do not dispose of it, as it may be required for investigation.

Conditions for Rejection

  • Rebele Drip reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if:
  • The product has been worn, washed, altered or used.
  • The product is stained, soiled, damaged or has an odour.
  • Original tags, labels or packaging are missing.
  • The product has been returned in a condition different from when it was shipped.
  • The customer has not provided sufficient information, photographs or videos required to verify the issue.
  • The request is raised after the 24-hour return/exchange window.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email rebeledrip@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Clear images/videos of the product
  • Images showing the tags and labels intact

Return/exchange requests received through Instagram DMs or WhatsApp will not be considered valid. All requests must be submitted via email.

Our Customer Care team operates Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Queries received outside working hours or on holidays will be addressed on the next working day.

Return Pickup

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return pickup.

Please note:

  • A return pickup will be scheduled only after the request is approved.
  • The return pickup can be attempted only once.
  • The product must be properly packed and ready for pickup.
  • If the pickup fails because the product is unavailable or not packed appropriately, the customer may be required to arrange the return shipment at their own cost.

Exchange

Approved exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Rebele Drip may offer an alternative product, size, or store credit, as applicable.

For size-related concerns, please ensure that you refer to the size chart before placing an order. An exchange may not be possible if the required size is unavailable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable cancellation or processing charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds

Once an approved return reaches our warehouse, it generally takes 2–3 business days for our team to inspect and process the return.

Once the refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation from us.

A return pickup fee of ₹200 may be deducted from the eligible refund/store credit.

Refund processing through the relevant payment method may take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Store Credit

Where applicable, refunds may be issued as Rebele Drip store credit.

  • Store credit is valid for lifetime.
  • It can be redeemed only once and in a single order.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash once issued.

Cases Where Refund May Not Be Provided

A refund may not be processed if:

  • Required information or evidence has not been provided.
  • The product is returned after being used, washed or damaged.
  • Tags or labels have been removed.
  • Original packaging has been discarded when it is required for investigation.
  • The issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, such as an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect phone number or recipient details.
  • The return request falls outside the eligible return window.
  • The product belongs to a non-returnable category.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect/incomplete address, incorrect contact details, refusal to accept the parcel, or other customer-related reasons, we may be able to reship the order against an applicable reshipment fee.

Rebele Drip reserves the right to review each return/exchange request and make the final decision based on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.
